Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, FL

Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, FL

Is the Boca Rio Road facility your only location?
Yes, but we also provide several off-site services in senior membership communities.

Do you accept health insurance payment for services?
No.  We do not accept health insurance.  However, our low-cost services are almost always lower than co-payments.

Do you have psychiatrists on staff to prescribe and monitor medications?
No.  However, we work closely with the medical community and other mental health professionals.

Do you provide transportation services for clients?
No.  Although we’ve offered transportation in the past we have found over the past 10 years that this service isn’t needed as much as it once was.  So we’ve reinvested those expenses into expanding our services.  Boca Rio Road is on the Palm Tran bus system.

What is the difference between a counseling group and a support group?
Our therapy groups require an initial evaluation and are not “themed.”  Our support groups ARE themed, and an initial evaluation is not required. See more.  (link to adult groups)  (link to support groups)

What are your sources of financial support?
We are very proud to receive broad community support.  Along with monies from our own foundation we receive funding from many corporate foundations and many individuals who care enough to give.
