PRIME TIMERS Senior Support Groups
The Senior Support Program, Prime Timers, provides onsite support groups for older adults living at various senior residences, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers. The weekly support groups are professionally led and provide an opportunity for older adults to share their life experiences and current challenges with a group of their peers. Through shared commonalities, older adults develop a greater sense of purpose and meaning, improving their self-worth. The increased socialization also decreases feeling of loneliness and improves overall mental wellness. If you are interested please give us a call at 561-483-5300.

Wellness Programs
The Faulk Center for Counseling recognizes that mental health is not confined to isolated moments of distress but is deeply intertwined with every aspect of an individual’s life. We understand that achieving holistic well-being requires a multifaceted approach that extends beyond traditional counseling and support group services. In acknowledgment of this reality, we are delighted to introduce a new initiative: wellness programs designed to complement our existing services. These programs are tailored to empower individuals to actively engage in their mental health journey by providing them with a diverse range of tools, resources, and support networks. Through these programs, we aim to foster a sense of community where individuals can find solidarity, understanding, and encouragement from others facing similar challenges. By prioritizing emotional wellness and resilience, we hope to equip our clients with the skills and strategies they need to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and stability. We are committed to creating a space where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to prioritize their mental health and well-being. If you are interested in joining a Wellness Program, please give us a call at 561-483-5300.
